By accessing our website or using any of our services, you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

3. Service Description
InStoreReviews provides a business-to-business software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurants and other businesses worldwide to collect, manage, and display customer feedback through QR-based landing pages, customizable surveys, review alerts, and analytics dashboards.
The Service is delivered online via web and mobile browsers and can be accessed globally.
We do not provide marketing agency services, manual review solicitation, or guaranteed customer outcomes.
Features, pricing tiers, and support levels are described on our website and may change from time to time. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results, as performance depends on each user's own implementation and internet environment.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features and agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or a breach of security.
5. Fees and Payment
Access to premium or subscription-based features requires payment of the applicable fees shown on our Pricing page.
All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Refunds are available in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a minimum fourteen (14) day refund window where applicable.
By subscribing, you authorize InStoreReviews Digital Marketing Services (or its authorized payment processor, such as Paddle) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. Billing disputes must be coordinated with us and, where applicable, resolved under the payment processor's terms and procedures.
6. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes;
- Not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service;
- Not use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; and
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, software, and technology within the Service are the exclusive property of InStoreReviews Digital Marketing Services or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written consent.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy (14-Day Refund Right)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting us at info@instorereviews.com.
Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further recurring charges will be made after cancellation.
14-Day Refund Window
In accordance with our payment processor's requirements, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of the applicable charge.
To request a refund, please contact info@instorereviews.com within the 14-day period and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your invoice or transaction ID
- A brief reason for the refund request
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via our authorized payment processor (such as Paddle). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
After the 14-Day Period
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window are not guaranteed and will only be granted where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, chargeback misuse, or violation of these Terms.
All refunds, if granted, are processed exclusively through the original payment provider and are subject to their procedures.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms;
- Required by law or a regulatory authority; or
- Security or technical issues arise.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any unpaid fees remain due.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, or specific results from use of the Service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InStoreReviews Digital Marketing Services, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to cases of fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InStoreReviews Digital Marketing Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless local laws require otherwise in your country of residence.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
For users outside the Philippines, we will comply with mandatory consumer protection or privacy laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
