Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At InStoreReviews Digital Marketing Services, we aim to ensure transparency and fairness in all billing and subscription matters.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through instorereviews.com and our authorized payment processor, Paddle.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Billing Settings page.

When you cancel, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

No further payments will be charged after cancellation unless you resubscribe.

3. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused features, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed through our payment provider Paddle and subject to their procedures and approval.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within seven (7) days of the charge for review.

We will assess the request and coordinate directly with Paddle where necessary.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a system error;
  • Erroneous billing for a plan you did not subscribe to;
  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service after purchase.

We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility in each case.
