"Customer," "guest," or "end user" may refer to restaurant guests or other individuals who interact with a QR page, feedback form, survey, review link, offer, or other guest-facing page created through the Service.
"Subscription" means a paid recurring plan that provides access to the Service.
"Optional QR materials" means any printed QR inserts, table stand inserts, physical cards, decals, signs, or related printed materials that may be offered as onboarding materials, promotional items, starter materials, or separate add-ons.
3. Service Description
In Store Reviews provides a business-to-business software-as-a-service platform for restaurants, hospitality businesses, and service-based businesses.
The Service helps businesses:
- Create QR-powered feedback and engagement pages
- Route satisfied guests to approved review or social links
- Capture guest feedback
- Receive alerts for negative experiences
- Manage customer engagement links
- View analytics and performance insights
- Promote offers, events, surveys, loyalty links, menus, Wi-Fi information, and other approved business links
The core Service is delivered digitally through our website and web-based application.
Optional QR materials or physical add-ons, if offered, are secondary to the core SaaS Service. They may be provided as promotional onboarding materials, starter materials, optional upgrades, or separately fulfilled printed items.
We do not provide guaranteed marketing results, guaranteed reviews, guaranteed ratings, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed customer growth, or guaranteed customer retention.
4. Eligibility and Business Use
The Service is intended for business use only.

By subscribing, you authorize In Store Reviews and/or our authorized third-party payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. We do not directly store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment credentials. Payment information is processed securely by the applicable payment provider.
You are responsible for reviewing the plan, billing cycle, total amount due, renewal terms, and cancellation terms before completing payment.
7. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
For annual plans, the amount shown at checkout may be displayed as an equivalent monthly cost, but the full annual amount is charged upfront unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal if you do not want to continue the Service.
8. Optional QR Materials and Physical Add-Ons
In Store Reviews is primarily a digital SaaS platform.
Optional QR materials, printed inserts, table stand inserts, decals, signage, or physical add-ons may be offered from time to time as:
- Promotional onboarding materials
- Starter materials included with a subscription
- Optional upgrades
- Separately fulfilled printed items
These materials are not the main Service unless clearly stated at checkout.
Optional physical materials may be fulfilled by an approved print, shipping, or fulfillment partner. Delivery times, availability, design options, shipping areas, and replacement terms may vary.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, optional QR materials do not change the digital nature of the core SaaS subscription.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any available account billing settings, payment provider portal, or by contacting us at info@instorereviews.com.
Cancellation stops future recurring billing. After cancellation, your access to the Service will usually remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy section below and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not wish to continue the Service.
10. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered if submitted within fourteen (14) days of the applicable subscription charge.

- Invoice number or transaction ID, if available
- Payment date
- Reason for the refund request
Refunds may be approved in cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, unresolved technical issues that prevent access to the core SaaS Service, or other situations reviewed and approved at our discretion.
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Subscription fees after the 14-day refund request period
- Partially used billing periods
- Setup, onboarding, or implementation work already completed
- Custom configuration or custom service work already performed
- Optional QR setup materials, printed inserts, table stand inserts, decals, signage, or onboarding-related add-ons that have already been prepared, processed, printed, shipped, fulfilled, or otherwise committed
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before the next renewal date
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible through the payment provider used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card network, bank, or financial institution.
We may deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund requests, chargeback misuse, violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or other activity that creates risk for In Store Reviews, our payment providers, or other users.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, we encourage you to contact us first at info@instorereviews.com.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, access to the account may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
We may provide relevant transaction records, subscription details, refund policy terms, account activity, communication history, and related information to the payment processor, card network, bank, or financial institution handling the dispute.
12. Failed Payments
If a recurring subscription payment fails, we or our authorized payment provider may attempt to retry the payment.
If payment remains unsuccessful, access to the Service may be limited, suspended, or cancelled.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and current.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or abusive activities
- Use the Service to send spam or unauthorized communications

14. Reviews, Feedback, and Platform Compliance
The Service may help businesses guide guests to review links, feedback forms, surveys, social links, offers, and other approved business destinations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the rules of third-party platforms, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, delivery platforms, social media platforms, and review websites.
You must not use the Service to:
- Buy fake reviews
- Require positive reviews
- Misrepresent customer experiences
- Pressure guests into leaving reviews
- Post reviews on behalf of customers
- Violate third-party review platform policies
In Store Reviews does not guarantee positive reviews, review volume, review ratings, revenue, traffic, customer retention, or customer acquisition.
15. User Content
You may upload, submit, create, or display content through the Service, including business information, logos, images, text, links, feedback prompts, offers, and other materials.
You are responsible for your content and confirm that:
- You own it or have permission to use it
- It does not violate any law or third-party rights
- It is accurate and not misleading

- Repeat visits
- Referrals
- Specific return on investment
- Any specific business outcome
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
23. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Any unpaid fees remain due.
