This Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the In Store Reviews Terms and Conditions.
If there is any conflict between this Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
In Store Reviews provides a business-to-business SaaS platform for restaurants, hospitality businesses, and service-based businesses. The core service is delivered digitally through our web-based application.
Any optional QR setup materials, printed inserts, table stand inserts, decals, signs, or onboarding-related add-ons are secondary to the software subscription and are not the primary service sold by In Store Reviews.
By subscribing to or purchasing In Store Reviews, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Subscription Billing
In Store Reviews subscription plans may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.
By completing checkout, you authorize In Store Reviews and/or its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the subscription plan, applicable taxes, and any clearly disclosed add-ons.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for reviewing the plan, billing cycle, total amount due, renewal terms, and cancellation terms before completing payment.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any available account billing settings, payment provider portal, or by contacting us at info@instorereviews.com.
Cancellation stops future recurring billing.
Your access to the Service may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not wish to continue the Service.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if submitted within fourteen (14) days of the applicable subscription charge.
Refunds may be approved in cases such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Billing errors
- Technical issues that prevent access to the core SaaS Service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
- A customer was charged after properly requesting cancellation before renewal

5. Non-Refundable Items

- Setup, onboarding, or implementation work already completed
- Custom configuration or custom service work already performed
- Optional QR setup materials, printed inserts, table stand inserts, decals, signs, or onboarding-related add-ons that have already been prepared, processed, printed, shipped, fulfilled, or otherwise committed
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before the next renewal date
Refunds may also be denied in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund requests, chargeback misuse, violation of our Terms, misuse of the Service, or other activity that creates risk for In Store Reviews, our payment providers, or other users.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Optional QR Setup Materials
In Store Reviews may offer optional QR setup materials, such as printed inserts, table stand inserts, decals, signage, or related onboarding materials, to help customers use the software in their physical location.
These materials are secondary to the core SaaS subscription. They are provided only as setup, onboarding, promotional, or optional support materials and are not the main product sold by In Store Reviews.
Refunds for these materials may be limited once preparation, printing, processing, shipping, fulfillment, or other committed work has started.
7. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible through the payment provider used for the transaction.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, card network, bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
In Store Reviews is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card networks, card issuers, or financial institutions.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, access to the account may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

If a recurring subscription payment fails, we or our authorized payment provider may attempt to retry the payment.
